Church properties are at the heart of our shared story and ministry. The Anglican Property Trust (APT) of the Bathurst Diocese partners with parishes to provide expert guidance, resources, and support, ensuring each property continues to serve its community — today and for generations to come.
While our churches are much more than bricks and mortar, church buildings are integral to how we do ministry in our communities. As a result, parish properties not only need to be maintained but must also adapt over time to changing ministry needs.
The APT provides information on managing and maintaining your parish property throughout all aspects of its life, from planning to land purchase, building works, leasing and licensing, sale processes and more.
